HTL-908 is a one-Part adhesive specially developed for long-term fitting of natural stone and/or porcelain tiles.
STRENGTH :
This product is a multifunctional adhesive sealant, with mildew proof, nail free adhesion of multiple functions.
1) The mildew proof type of this product provides five times the mildew protection effect. It is specially developed to solve the problem that silica gel is easy to become yellow, black and mildew in a short time. This product passed the highest level of mildew test standard in the country - grade O mildew, and is five times the mildew time test.
2) The product can be used to seal joints, fill displacement cracks and bond various materials. Using SELATEC polymer technology, it can be used indoors and outdoors.
Application:
·It is suitable for the sealing and bonding of bathroom equipment such as shower room, fish tank, table basin and toilet
·It is suitable for sealing and bonding kitchen equipment such as cooker, table, sink, etc.
·It is suitable for waterproof sealing of general building materials, sealing and bonding of aquarium aquarium, large plate glass, aluminum, masonry, concrete, ceramics, glass fiber and most building materials
·Suitable for fine surfaces such as mirrors, polystyrene, marble and polycarbonate
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
·Ensure all surfaces to be glued is clean, dry and free of grease.
·Cut the tip off tube and screw the pointed nozzle onto tube top.
·Apply adhesive with a standard caulking gun.
·The adhesive will form a surface skin within 10mins at 25ºC (77ºF) and is fully cured in about 48hrs. Ensure that the tile is placed onto the adhesive PRIOR TO ANY SKIN FORMING.
·Adhesive should NOT be used at temperatures below 5ºC (419ºF) or above 40ºC (104ºF).
·Uncured adhesive should NOT be exposed to water or rain until the curing time has elapsed.
·Tool clean-up is best completed with a rag prior to the adhesive curing. Uncured adhesive can be removed immediately after use with a solvent like Toluene or Xylene. Cured material can only be removed mechanically.
Shelf Life:
9 months in unopened package in a cool and dry storage place at the temperature Between +5ºC~+25ºC.
