Application
For Bonding Flat Sponge, Foam, Farbic, Wood, Paper, Insulant Foam and etc, not suitable for Curving and molded sponge, Oil materials.
 
Operation
1-Operating methods:recommend to spray or rolll evenly.
2-Recommend application temperature is 160-180 ºC, and the viscosity of glue could be adjusted during spraying or roller coating.
3-If there is carbon in the adhesive box or tube, firstly can be cleaned with ordinary paraffin or rubber oil,and then cleaned with hot melt glue at 130 ºC.
4-After adding materials to hot melt adhesive groove, close the tank lid immediately, to prevent outside pollution
 
 
Attentions
1-This product shall not be used in combination with other types of hot melt adhesive
2-During the thermal operation , such as to add materials to hot melt glue groove, should wear protective           glasses and heat-resistant gloves.
3-The operation temperature of the product shall not exceed 200ºC at any time,the operation places should be good ventilation and avoid all the fire
 
 
Preserve attention
Store in a cool and dry condition and avoid direct sunlight, the storage temperature should be below 35ºCand keep away from fire and heat, to prevent the deformation of hot melt adhesive.
 
 
Shelf life
12 months in normal temperature.
