Product Overview:

Nail free Glue(TT-218) is a kind of adhesive that can replace nails to the
greatest extent and fix and bond materials such as wood, plastic, glass,
cement, ceramic and metal without surface drilling.

Due to its unique synthetic rubber formula, nail-free adhesive has excellent
initial adhesion, good elasticity, temperature resistance and slide resistance, which can be used outdoors or indoors.

Applications

Application Method

1-Ensure surfaces are free of oil, grease and dust.
2- Stick to dry timber: apply spots or a bead of adhesive on surface. Assemble parts immediately and press together firmly bonding together with both surface.
3- Stick to wet timber: smooth surfaces or heavier material. Work with the clamps, temporary fasteners and fixation(To be bonded 24 hours then remove the clamps or fasteners). Bond will continue to strengthen over 2-3 days and full cure is achieved in 7 days.
